At Mahé Clinic, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our patients. Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of services.
1. General Policy
- Payments made for consultations, treatments, and procedures are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
- Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Appointment Cancellation & Refunds
- Consultation Appointments:
- If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
- Treatment/Procedure Appointments:
- If a treatment is prepaid and you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you may request a refund (subject to a 10% administrative fee).
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the procedure.
3. Packages & Prepaid Services
- Prepaid services or treatment packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual or used for an alternative service at Mahé Clinic (subject to approval).
- If a refund request is made due to medical reasons, supporting documentation from a certified healthcare professional may be required for consideration.
4. Product Purchases
- Skincare or medical products purchased at Mahé Clinic are non-refundable once opened or used.
- If a product is defective or causes an adverse reaction, it may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5. No-Show Policy
- Patients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
6. Procedure-Specific Policies
Certain high-value procedures (such as laser treatments, PRP therapy, hair transplantation, or aesthetic treatments) may have their own refund and cancellation policies, which will be communicated during the booking process.
7. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Any transaction fees or banking charges incurred during the payment process are non-refundable.
8. Changes to Refund Policy
Mahé Clinic reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated when necessary.
